The following is a condensed version of our leasing terms & conditions.
The purpose of this information is to inform prospective residents about our general leasing policies and is not intended to be a complete agreement. Information contained here is subject to change.
- Complete Rental Application.
- $25.00 Non-Refundable Application Fee
- $100 reservation deposit per apartment is required. See rental application from your leasing representative for terms and conditions.
- First and Last Month's rent will be collected upon move-in. In some instances, rent may be pro-rated.
- Rent is due on the 1st of each month. No Exceptions.
- No Pets Allowed.
- Tenant shall not sublease any portion of the rental property, without prior written consent from the landlord.
- Credit or Background checks may be conducted prior to lease signing.
- Rental properties will be ready for move-in upon the start date of the lease.
- It is suggested that tenants consider a renter's insurance policy to protect belongings and the property from any type of damages
- Tenants will leave rental properties in as good condition as received at the beginning of lease term.
- Execution of Lease and Co-Signer Agreements.
- All payments must be made payable to BPS Mgmt. Inc.
